This practice is conveniently located in two locations in Hillcrest and La Jolla.

Services are available Monday-Saturday including late evening.

Decision to Seek Help

When we find ourselves in a situations that seems unbearable it is sometimes the hardest time to ask for help. You may think that seeking professional psychological help is admitting failure or that you have to be mentally ill to seek out therapy. However, it is at these times in our lives that the mental health community is there to guide you and offer you support. If you have experienced:  

• You feel unhappy, irritable, or angry most of the day every day.

• You are experiencing an abusive relationship.

• You have experienced a traumatic experience, and since that experience, you have thoughts, feelings, or do things you do not understand.

• You are unable to do the daily tasks that you used to do with ease. Your partner suggests that they would like to see a therapist to better your relationship.

• If you are having hallucinations, having visions, hearing voices others do not hear.

Therapy can be a safe environment to explore, examine, and resolve your questions.
